The Atlas CRM platform offered in the cloud environment can be used without any restrictions in terms of the number of users. Packages are offered with specific system resources (processing power, memory, and processing capacity).
The specified number of users is for guidance to ensure the system runs healthily and balanced, and does not constitute a mandatory limit. Businesses can use the system with more users if they need to.
In cases where usage intensity, transaction volume, or data amount exceeds existing resources, additional system resources can be provided upon request. In this way, the platform can be expanded scalably in parallel with your business growth rate.
